The Tree That Came Home

“The Tree That Came Home” is a children’s story told through the eyes of a Douglas-fir tree that grew up in Puget Sound hundreds of years ago and experienced the many changes that took place in the region. This story was inspired by the 92-foot wooden beam that graces the ceiling of the Welcome Center and Great Hall at IslandWood, and is meant to educate young and old readers alike!

Cost: $15.95 plus S&H for a total of $20

100% of the purchase price of this book supports children's education programs at IslandWood.
