Mack’s Jalapeño Mignonette

1 Tablespoon Honey

1 Tablespoon Olive oil

1 Jalapeño seeded & finely diced

2 Tablespoons finely chopped cilantro

The juice of two limes

Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 24 hours.
