Wheat free & sugar free
2 cps. Sorghum flour
2 ts. Baking powder
2 ts. Cinnamon
1 ts. Baking soda
¼ ts. Salt
¾ cp. Agave nectar
¼ cp. Canola oil
4 Eggs
¾ cp unsweetened applesauce
14 oz. pumpkin
¾ cp dried cranberries
1 cp. Toasted pecans
Sift dry ingredients
Combine Agave nectar and canola oil & whisk
Whisk in beaten eggs till combined
Beat in applesauce & Pumpkin
Fold in dry ingredients
Fold in dried cranberries
Pour batter into a greased 9”x11” pan
Bake at 350º for 20-30 min
