Recipe for spaghetti sauce

Avatar Posted by Brandon Weglin reweglin1224@msn.com at Jul 07, 2011 09:56 AM
Hi!
I recently visited IslandWood with Schmitz Park Elementary school (January 11-14, 2010). We were supposed to have pizza for dinner but the ovens weren't working so we ended up having spaghetti. I cannot get that spaghetti sauce out of my head!!! My Mom and I love to make sauce together (a family tradition going way back). We would love to make IslandWood Spaghetti Sauce. Would you be willing to share your recipe? I would be forever grateful...and so would my tummy!
Thank you,
Brandon Weglin
P.S. I've been having many zero waste days since I came back! Please tell Wade for me.

Food Allergies

I just reviewed the menu, thank you so much for sending it to me. I'm sorry to be a pain. My allergies that apply in this menu are eggs, oats, peanuts, strawberries, rosemary & tahini (sesame). I am happy to navigate around the things I can't eat, usually breakfast is the hardest. :)

All this information - how fabulous!

I'm totally impressed with the detail you have provided above. My daughter is going to IslandWood in May with her class. She has some food allergies, and this information has been incredibly helpful. I can send her there knowing she can eat everything and don't have to worry at all. Thanks so much for being so allergy concious.

I'm not easily impressed. . . but that's impressing me! :)
